More than 25 years of enterprise IT experience across testing, deployments, migrations, support, and end-user instruction. Ted has worked with Microsoft / Volt, manufacturing operations, short-term contract teams, and Amazon fulfillment-center technology.
His approach is direct: listen to the need, explain what matters, and leave a useful next step. Contract project support and scheduled technology services are the starting points here.
FROM STUDENT TO TEACHER
Personally taught by Mike Meyers. Later, a teacher himself.
Mike Meyers of Total Seminars taught Ted personally. Ted went on to teach CompTIA A+ and Network+ courses to adult learners at The 4th R in Middletown, Ohio.
That journey is part of the experience behind Ted Johnson Works: staying with a difficult problem, explaining it clearly, and helping the person using the technology.
